Reichman University is committed to the values of freedom and social responsibility. As part of this commitment, the Harry Radzyner Law School operates a wide range of legal clinics, through which students offer free legal aid to underprivileged populations. The clinics make legal aid available to distressed and at-risk individuals, while affording students the opportunity to experience the practical aspects of the legal sphere during their studies.
Legal Practicum
Students at the Harry Radzyner Law School can participate in a variety of legal practicum courses. These programs offer students profound academic training in various legal fields alongside practical experience as jurists.

Do animals not have legal status beyond being property and therefore the owner is entitled to do with them as he pleases? Are they not protected from harm or destruction since it is an injury to property? The legal practice of protecting animal rights is evolving rapidly, as an innovative and fascinating field. The concept of animal rights constantly poses new challenges to the law, such as establishing animals as having a legal entity and applying on behalf of animals held captive or experiencing harm in one way or another to the courts.

The clinic provides legal advice and comprehensive representation in the area of municipal taxation, including in proceedings to reduce municipal tax liabilities, fees, and development levies, and the refund of taxpayer overpayments made to various authorities in Israel.

The International Criminal and Humanitarian Law Clinic allows students to develop skills in theses field and work with international organizations. The program comprises theoretical and practical contents, given by its director, and offers guest lectures, study tours, and unique exchange programs with clinics worldwide.

This program invites students to give legal workshops designed to empower youth who find themselves on the other side of the law - both as lawbreakers and as victims. The program operates in areas where youth do not have access to many community services due to lack of resources in that area.

The clinic is dedicated to Law & Psychology students and is considered as field work. The clinic allows academic and practical exposure and experience for students in both law and psychology while receiving professional guidance.

The clinic operates in collaboration with Akim, the National Association for the Habilitation of the Mentally Handicapped in Israel, which promotes the rights of the handicapped on various levels, including legislative initiatives in the Justice Ministry and the Knesset, High Court of Justice petitions.

The clinic operates in collaboration with the Public Defender's Office. Students participating in the clinic accompany public defenders representing defendants who are mentally or intellectually impaired, throughout the criminal proceedings.

The field of insolvency and enforcement has become increasingly relevant in recent years, and all major firms are entering this field. Students interested in the field of corporate law, receivership, contractual debt enforcement, insolvency and settlements, this is the opportunity to be exposed to a broad legal field, relevant to almost any civil proceeding.

The practicum provides a behind-the-scenes glimpse to public action in Israel and the media arena. The practicum will examine the centers of power and influence, the public interest versus the political and the balance between the two, the work of the Knesset and the world of the media and its characteristics. In addition, the practicum will also focus on the influence of new media, how to build strategy and how to manage crises, what is between the spin and the truth, what is truth in general and who sets the agenda.
