The RCCC has five concrete goals for Israel:


  • Constitutionalizing "Basic Law: Legislation" and the right to equality.
  • Conceptualizing the constitutional identity of common "Israeliness"
  • Enacting a modern immigration and citizenship law that fits Israel's changing needs.
  • Reforming Israel's political/governmental system.
  • Preparing Israel's constitutional law to deal with new technological and scientific challenges
