The students will acquire unique knowledge in the field of Urban Regeneration, which is one of the most important and complicated issues the Parliament, the Government, Planning institutes, local municipalities, households and the courts are facing these days.
Students will take part in different assignments associated with planning and implementing plans of Urban Regeneration from the viewpoint of the tenants and the local municipality.
The students will consult and assist tenants in neighborhoods going through a process of Urban Regeneration in the decision making and negotiating processes. In addition, the students will act to form policies for Urban Regeneration that will keep the rights and interests of the residents before the planning committees, the local municipal authorities and on a national parliamentary level.
