Students enrolled in the Health Rights Law Clinic will learn about the right to health, the national health care system in Israel, the national health insurance law and the patient rights law. They will work on varied legislative, regulatory, and litigation projects aimed at increasing access to quality comprehensive health care for all. Students develop skills in interviewing and counseling clients, investigating facts, identifying relevant law, framing case theory, and refining written advocacy.
