  • ד"ר אלי כרמון הוא חוקר בכיר במכון למדיניות נגד טרור (ICT) ועמית מחקר בכיר במכון למדיניות ואסטרטגיה במרכז הבינתחומי הרצליה. הוא מרצה על טרור וגרילה בעידן המודרני וטרור CBRN במסגרת ההתמחות בלימודי ביטחון וטרור בבית ספר לאודר לממשל, דיפלומטיה ואסטרטגיה.

    ד"ר כרמון מחזיק בתואר ראשון באנגלית ותרבות צרפתית מהאוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים, תעודה ביחסים בינלאומיים מ-Institut d’Etudes Politiques ותעודה לשפות הבנטו מ-Ecole de Langues Orientales שבפריז. בעל תואר שני ודוקטורט במדעי המדינה מאוניברסיטת חיפה.
