​Pledge Form - Accessibility and Study Skills Center

1. Please follow the regulations that keep changing from time to time as advertised by Reichman University
2. The accessibility center facilities will be open from Sunday to Thursday 08:00–23:00 and Friday 08:00–16:00

In Addition to the Regular Terms of the Accessibility Center:

1. I acknowledge that the Center facilities are available only for students who are recognized by the Dean of Students Affairs as students with Learning Issues and or Attention Deficit Disorders, students with physical, sensory or cognitive disabilities, as well as students with a temporary/permanent medical condition which has implications on the student's learning abilities.
2. I acknowledge that the access code given to me is personal, and not intended to be passed on to students other than myself.
3. I hereby commit to keep and preserve any equipment of the center and to keep the silence when using the facilities at the center-Studying in groups is not permitted.
4. I hereby acknowledge that eating and drinking is strictly forbidden in all the learning spaces of the Center.
5. I hereby acknowledge that security cameras are installed in the center's facilities, and that the center does not carry any responsibility for the loss of personal belongings such as cellular phones and private computers left unattended at the center.
6. I hereby acknowledge that the use of multimedia equipment is not intended and forbidden for personal use.
7. I hereby acknowledge that the use of the Kitchenette is not intended for students, Faculty only.
8. I hereby acknowledge that it is forbidden to reserve a place by leaving personal belongings.
9. I hereby acknowledge that The cleaning and maintenance staff must be allowed to clean the center.
10. According to the regulations of RU know that I will have to provide my ID information, if requested by one of team members of the Accessibility Center.

Failure to comply with any of the clauses mentioned here is considered a disciplinary offense and will be dealt with according to the regulations of Reichman University.
