The Gazit-Globe Real Estate Institute and the Israel Association of Municipal Engineers held a meeting on the subject “Urban Infill: Planning, Economic and Legal Perspectives”

 


On June 28, 2021, the Gazit-Globe Real Estate Institute at IDC Herzliya and the Israel Association of Municipal Engineers held an online meeting on the subject “Urban Infill: Planning, Economic and Legal Perspectives”. This was the first in a series of meetings in the framework of the partnership between the Gazit-Globe Real Estate Institute and the Israel Association of Municipal Engineers.

 

Among the speakers participating in the meeting were architect Hana Hermesh, engineer of the City of Herzliya; Prof. Amnon Lehavi, dean of the Harry Radzyner Law School and academic director of the Gazit-Globe Real Estate Institute at IDC Herzliya; Prof. Yaron Felus, chief scientist of the Survey of Israel; Rafi Ben David, engineer of the City of Dimona; architect Irit Solsi, Partner at Irit Solsi and Dror Gershon, Urban Architects; Adv. Carmit Yulis, head of the Real Estate Cluster, Consulting and Legislation at the Ministry of Justice; architect Dr. Hava Erlich, Tel Aviv District Planner at the Planning Authority; Daniela Paz Erez, founder and CEO of Paz Economy and Engineering; architect Eyal Ronen, director of the Eastern Planning Department at the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality; Yoav Zilberdik, senior urban planner at the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality; and Dr. Efrat Tolkowsky, CEO of the Gazit-Globe Institute, who moderated the meeting.
