On January 2, 2023, the G City Real Estate Institute and the Real Estate Track of the MBA Program at Reichman University’s Arison School of Business held a “one-on-one” meeting featuring Dr. Efrat Tolkowsky, CEO of the G City Real Estate Institute at Reichman University and Dalit Zilber, outgoing director-general of the Planning Administration.
Prof. Amnon Lehavi, the academic director of the G City Real Estate Institute and the head of the real estate track of the MBA program at the Arison School of Business, delivered greetings. Afterwards, a conversation was held between Dr. Efrat Tolkowsky, CEO of the G City Real Estate Institute, and Dalit Zilber, outgoing director-general of the Planning Administration. Dalit Zilber described her work as director-general of the Planning Administration, and presented an overview of the main points of the strategic plan for 2040 in the areas of housing, infrastructure and transportation, employment, and open spaces.
