The Gazit-Globe Real Estate Institute and Giza Singer Even held an online meeting of the Financial Forum on March 16, 2021 on the topic of bond issuance by residential real estate development companies. The meeting kicked off with remarks by Prof. Amnon Lehavi, Dean of the Harry Radzyner Law School and Academic Director of the Gazit-Globe Real Estate Institute at IDC Herzliya. Dr. Efrat Tolkowsky, CEO of the Gazit-Globe Real Estate Institute, then presented an overview of the topic of bond issuance by residential real estate development companies.
Later in the meeting, Gadi Beeri, a partner in Giza Singer Even’s finance department, addressed the impact of the COVID-19 crisis on the residential development industry in Israel, and Gil Avrahami, Director of Entrepreneurial Real Estate and Contracting at S&P Global Ratings, reviewed the business and financial risks involved in the rating of companies in the industry.
In conclusion, a discussion moderated by Dr. Efrat Tolkowsky was held with the participation of Yigal Dimri, CEO of Y.H. Dimri, Sharon Yeger, Chairman of Hunter Capital Ltd., and Adv. Amir Tzafrir, Co-Chairman of Goldfarb, Seligman & Co.
