On June 26, 2023, the G City Real Estate Institute held a meeting of the Financial Forum on the topic “Real Estate Development in a Changing Market” on the university campus. Dr. Efrat Tolkowsky, CEO of the G City Real Estate Institute at Reichman University, who moderated the meeting, began by providing an overview of trends in the Israeli housing market. Afterwards, Omer Alpern, a partner at Ruby Capital, described non-bank financing strategies in the dynamic real estate market, and Liran Razmovich, CEO of Discount Capital Underwriting, discussed the raising of capital and debt to develop real estate in the capital market. Finally, Itamar Giron, managing partner of Marathon Fund, explored the existing opportunities in the market for real estate value-add funds.
