The Gazit-Globe Real Estate Institute held an online meeting of its Financial Forum on February 16, 2021 on the topic of long-term rental housing. The meeting began with remarks by Prof. Amnon Lehavi, Dean of the Harry Radzyner Law School and Academic Director of the Gazit-Globe Real Estate Institute at IDC Herzliya. Dr. Efrat Tolkowsky, CEO of the Gazit-Globe Real Estate Institute, then presented the economic model of long-term rental housing. Later in the meeting, Dr. Rina Degani, Head of the Geocartography Knowledge Group, offered a review of the demand and range of housing required for long-term rental housing in relation to the growing competition.

Finally, a discussion was held, moderated by Dr. Efrat Tolkowsky and featuring Adv. Inbal David, Acting CEO of Apartment for Rent; Oren Hod, Deputy CEO of Gazit-Globe; Uzi Levy, CEO of Menora Mivtahim Real Estate; Adv. Erez Rosenbuch, Chairman of Megureit; Eran Anavim, CEO of Azorim Living, and Yair Tal, CEO of Akuna Reit and former CEO of Apartment for Rent.
