RU's PhD program combines tradition and innovation. On the one hand, it is built in a format compatible with research standards at the world's best universities. On the other hand, it strives to fulfill an innovative vision that emphasizes interdisciplinary approaches and examining human core issues from many perspectives, creating knowledge for the betterment of individuals and social well-being, balancing basic and applied science, commitment to diversity, fostering personal and academic excellence, and preparing our alumni for the challenges of the 21st century.

Each year, we will accept a small group of selected candidates and candidates to this program. Our staff of senior researchers will guide the candidates closely to the point of attainment of their academic studies goals, and to becoming independent researchers with a scientific and social impact.
