ISBA

A collaboration between Olin and Reichman University, Israel, ISBA launched in the summer of 2014. The academy is designed for students of all faiths, beliefs, and academic backgrounds who want to learn about Israeli business firsthand – and immerse themselves in the country’s entrepreneurial environment.

Israel has more start-ups per capita than any other country in the world, with 65 percent of the companies still in business after five years. Israel – with a population of about 8 million – is No. 3 on the list of countries with the most companies on NASDAQ, behind only the United States and China.

You must have a 3.0 GPA to be eligible for ISBA, but previous business course work in or knowledge of Israel isn’t a requirement.

Note: participation in a shorter part of the program is optional upon request (e.g., participation in 3 week venture creation module instead of 6 weeks).
