About

EBS Business School is one of the top business schools in Germany. The Business School was founded in 1971; in 2010 the school became a University of Business and Law. EBS is located in the Rhine-Main area that is one of Europe's economically strongest regions and boasts more than 32,000 companies, including 2,200 high-tech production plants, sales and services enterprises.

EBS is also close to Frankfurt, a financial powerhouse city and home to the European Central Bank. Exchange students will have the opportunity to enroll in English-taught business classes alongside German students. The high quality academics, in addition to strong connections with the European business world, make the EBS exchange program an amazing opportunity for Business students.

Accommodation

  • EBS does not offer on-campus housing, so all accommodations are located in the surrounding villages. Most students live in rented apartments, either single or shared.
  • For students attending the Oestrich Winkel campus, EBS does sustain limited dorm space for international students from non-EU countries. GW students can apply for a dorm space through the EBS housing office.
  • Many apartments in Germany are rented empty, meaning they are often unfurnished. EBS Housing has therefore established longstanding partnerships with a number of private landlords who offer furnished and completely equipped accommodation to international students.
  • Those private offers encompass a wide choice of single flats, flat shares or whole student houses with English-German rental contracts, moderate all-inclusive prices, and in some cases Internet connection included.
  • If you wish to rent into one of the "partner flats" you can book with EBS housing. GW students can also arrange for private accommodations independently if they prefer.

Location & Facilities

  • EBS is located in the beautiful Rhine-Main area in central Germany, with campuses in Wiesbaden and Oestrich Winkel.
