Accommodation


  • Directly beside the university you can find a new student housing complex. Every room of this student’s house is equipped with a bed and a mattress (linen is not included), a cupboard, desk and a bookcase.
  • Apartments have their own kitchen and bathroom; the other rooms share a kitchen unit and two bathrooms (maximum 6 rooms to one unit). The living area of the room is about 13-16 m² big equipped with internet access.
  • Washer and tumbler have to be shared. The rent is about 250-285€ per month, Start at the 1st of September.
  • In general the living costs in Germany are affordable. Approximately, you need about 700 € for accommodation, food, health insurance, transport and leisure time as well as personal things per month.
  • Students must pay administration fee of 87,20 € per semester which go to the student welfare service and not to the university.

  • Albstadt is a town in the Swabian Alb in the German state of Baden-Württemberg .
  • From Stuttgart main station trains run every hour to Albstadt. The journey lasts between 60 minutes and 1.5 hours.
