Instructions for entering the attendance system
Your work hours are fed into the Lavi program from the attendance clock.

By the 3rd of each month, you must enter the program and confirm your work
hours.

Enter the program via the Reichman University website, www.Reichman University.ac.il, and insert the username and password you received from the computer department.
Click Enter.
Click “Reported Hours” on the right-hand side.
This opens another window with your timesheet for the current month. If you want to view your hours for a previous month, open “Period to display” and select “Previous period”.

Go over the timesheet. If an arrival or departure time is missing, insert the
missing information manually, then click on “Comment”   and explain why.

If the timesheet has this comment [absent without leave], click on the arrow and select the reason for your absence. If you insert an arrival and departure time, cancel “Absent without leave”.

Options:

"Declaration of illness” – up to four days a year can be used, non-consecutive and not adjoining vacation or illness days. A doctor’s not is not required (these days are counted as part of the
sick leave quota).

“Illness” – an original note from a doctor must be given to the HR department by the 10th of each month, otherwise these hours will be deducted
from vacation (up to 18 days per calendar year).

“Child’s illness” – up to 8 days per calendar year (these days are counted as part of the sick leave quota).

“Reserve duty” - must be given to the HR department by the 10th of each month, otherwise these hours will be deducted from vacation

“Declaration of attendance” – intended for employees from outside the Reichman University only (do not select “Declaration of attendance” if you are also inserting hours).
After entering the changes, click on [Update data]
After checking the attendance sheet at the beginning of each month, electronic confirmation is required.
Select [Mark all] and then [update data]
