The Public Diplomacy Program is a joint initiative with Reichman University's School of Communication, School of Government, and the Abba Eban Institute for Diplomacy and Foreign Relations. The program trains 22 outstanding international honors students to respond effectively to antisemitism and Israel delegitimization
through academic study across five pillars - Government, Civil Society, Academia,Business, and Media - combined with 8-hour weekly internships at RiseApp, where students contribute to research, content curation, message testing, campaign development, and collaboration with Jewish organizations. The 2025/26 curriculum offers a specialization in digital public diplomacy, focusing on communication during
conflict, narrative strategy, and international relations, with practical workshops preparing students for real-world advocacy.
Over three weeks, young leaders deepen their
understanding of global challenges while gaining practical skills to increase their impact.
Participants study geopolitics, strategic communication, and technology's role in shaping public opinion, with strong emphasis on AI's impact on diplomacy, security, and advocacy.
