  • ד״ר יעל בן דוד היא פסיכולוגית חברתית וארגונית, אשר משמשת כחברת סגל בתכנית להתנהגות ופיתוח ארגוני בבית הספר לפסיכולוגיה באוניברסיטת רייכמן.
    עבודתה מתמקדת בדינאמיקה בדינאמיקה של קבוצה קטנה, במקומן של הירארכיות כוח חברתיות והשפעתן על שיח קבוצתי בקבוצות וצוותים בארגונים, ובמשמעויות של עבודה וירטואלית והיברידית בדינאמיקה קבוצתית.
    מחקריה עוסקים בדיאלוג ער עם השדה הארגוני והחברתי, נוצרים מתוכו ומעוצבים על מנת לתת מענה לסוגיות עכשוויות.
    ד״ר בן דוד בעלת תואר שני מאוניברסיטת תל אביב, ותואר שלישי מאוניברסיטת בן גוריון בנגב. יעל השתלמה במסגרת מחקר פוסט דוק במכון טרומן באוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים.
