The Sixth Cohort of Students in the MBA Program’s Real Estate Track Presented their Final Projects to Leading Real Estate Executives

On August 30 2023, senior figures from the real estate world gathered at Reichman University. The occasion was the presentation of the final projects - on business development in the field of real estate - by the sixth cohort of students in the real estate track within the MBA Program at the Arison School of Business. The track is headed by Prof. Amnon Lehavi and is run in cooperation with the G City Real Estate Institute.

 

The students worked on the projects for several months, guided by course lecturers CPA Tomer Tepper, chairman of EWAVE and Adv. Rani Timor, an expert on income-producing real estate expert and entrepreneur, and teaching assistant Tohar Deri-Dvir. The students received support from mentors from the real estate industry. In the framework of their final projects, the students conducted an economic, planning, and business analysis of projects involving four tracts of land owned by the companies Mivne Real Estate, Shikun & Binui, Acro Real Estate, and Mega Or.

 

The judges’ panel was comprised of Zahi Arabov,  founder, owner and chairman of Acro Real Estate; Dan Gingis, VP of Marketing at Acro Real Estate; Tal Forer, owner and chairman of Mivne; Uzi Levy, CEO of Mivne; Dudu Zebaida, former CEO of Mivne; Tamir Cohen, CEO of Shikun & Binui; Assaf Bachar, chief engineer at Shikun & Binui; Alon Badash, chief of staff Shikun & Binui; Golan Eini, deputy CEO of Mega Or; Nimrod Ben Yehuda, director of the Licensing Department at Mega Or; Sharon Schweppe, chair of Menivim – The New REIT Ltd.; Ofer Avram, CEO of Menivim – The New REIT Ltd.; and Itai Reshef, CEO of Shviro Land.
