The fifth cohort of students in the MBA program’s real estate track presented their final projects to leading real estate executives

On July 12, 2022, senior figures from the real estate world gathered at Reichman University. The occasion was the presentation of the final projects – on business development in the field of real estate – by the fifth cohort of students in the real estate track within the MBA Program at the Arison School of Business. The track is headed by Prof. Amnon Lehavi and is run in cooperation with the G City Real Estate Institute.
The students worked on the projects for several months, guided by course lecturer Ofer Avram, CEO of Menivim – The New REIT Ltd., and course coordinator Adv. Rani Timor, an expert on income-producing real estate expert and entrepreneur. The students received support from mentors from the real estate industry, on projects on two tracts of land owned by the Azrieli and Prashkovsky groups.
The judges included Gideon Avrami, VP Offices at Azrieli Group, and Haim Karadi, CEO of Prashkovsky Investments.
Also in attendance were architect Moshe Tzur, owner of Moshe Zur Architects & Town Planners Ltd., Sharon Levy, VP Business Development at Acro Group, Larry Garner, senior director at Inter Israel, Phil Rosenberg, senior director and project manager at Inter Israel, and Itai Shafran, VP Business Development at Geocartography Knowledge Group.
