On June 21, 2023, the G City Real Estate Institute held an event on the university campus (which was also broadcast live on Zoom to participants from abroad) on the occasion of the publication of the book Co-Cities: Innovative Transitions toward Just and Self-Sustaining Communities (MIT Press) authored by Prof. Sheila Foster (Georgetown University, USA) and Prof. Christian Iaione (Luiss University, Italy). The institute’s academic director, Prof. Amnon Lehavi, opened the event with greetings, after which there was discussion about the book featuring Prof. Yishai Blank, dean of the Faculty of Law at Tel Aviv University, Dr. Manal Totry Jubran of Bar Ilan University, Dr. Elena De Nictolis, a research fellow at New York University, and Prof. Iaione.
