"Migdalor" Preparatory Program
Migdalor Preparatory Program, named after Barak and Amichai Itkis, of blessed memory, is a pre-military preparatory program established by graduates of Reichman University and is located in Beit Berl, not far from the IDC.
The Preparatory Program has set a goal to close the gaps in the Israeli society by empowering and strengthening the participants' feeling of belonging to the State of Israel and to the Israeli society.
Migdalor Preparatory program applies a new and unique technique by using the sea as a central learning tool with the goal of developing leadership skills, life skills and competence among its participants while closely accompanying them throughout the entire process until they become independent.
The students who volunteer for the Migdalor Preparatory Program will serve as "big brothers" of the participants and accompany them throughout the first year of their journey. This is an opportunity to take part in an amazing educational program.
