Cultivating Self-Compassion

Self-compassion is sometimes misunderstood as settling with our flaws, but true self-compassion can actually motivate change and push us forward. Rapidly expanding research demonstrates that self-compassion is strongly associated with less anxiety, depression and stress; maintaining healthy habits such as diet and exercise; and more satisfying relationships. Join us for this 90 minute workshop that will explore what self-compassion is and how it can motivate us to become our best selves.

The workshop will be run by the Psychological Counseling Services staff in groups of up to 12 students. A minimum number of registrants is required for the workshop to be held in this time slot.
