Students can transfer UP TO 40% of credits they've earned at a different institution to Reichman University. However, we are not merely a liberal arts university; we teach specific subjects such: as Psychology, Communications, Computer Science, Business, Government, Entrepreneurship. Therefore, while some electives can be accepted, a majority of the credits we accept will need to correspond with Reichman University's courses and syllabi in each particular subject. Please note that we do not have the flexibility to accept credits as we please, since (like all universities in Israel) we are under the supervision of the Council for Higher Education. Once a student is accepted to Reichman University and confirms he or she will be attending, we will carefully assess the official academic transcripts of their accredited universities (overseas or local), and we'll do what we can to transfer credits when possible. Until then, however, we cannot guarantee the acceptance of any credits.

The website of the U.S. Council for Higher Education (CHEA) provides a database of institutions and programs accredited by recognized U.S. accrediting organizations, which includes an international directory. The international directory does not list individual institutions, but rather national accreditation bodies, who in turn accredit national higher education institutions.
Both the Israeli Ministry of Education and the Council for Higher Education appear in the directory as recognized accreditation bodies. Reichman University is accredited by the Council for Higher Education. Click here for CHEA's international directory.
