The Gazit-Globe Real Estate Institute and the Municipality of Herzliya held an online meeting to discuss the plan for the urban renewal of Herzliya’s high-tech park - HR/2440

The Gazit-Globe Real Estate Institute and the Herzliya Municipality held an online meeting on December 9, 2020, on the “Master Plan for the Renewal of the Herzliya high-tech park - HR/2440.” Herzliya’s western high-tech zone is one of Israel’s most distinctive and prominent high-tech parks, encompassing leading Israeli and international high-tech companies as well as hotels, restaurants, and places of recreation and leisure. The goal of the plan is to maximize building rights by the mixed-use development of offices, commercial spaces, special small residences of up to 50 square meters, hotels, recreation and leisure spaces, and public areas, while taking into account the changing needs of the area as an active, dynamic, and economically robust urban district. The plan will convert the area from an industrial and business complex into a lively, urban employment district that is an integral part of the city. The purpose of the meeting was to present the principles of the master plan to the public and to potential stakeholders.
