Report launch moderated discussion:

In light of the Biden-Putin summit, much attention has been given to the national security challenges posed by Russia to both the United states and Israel. The policy paper we are honored to present to you is the result of a collaboration between experts from the Kennan Institute of the Wilson Center in Washington DC, and the Institute for Policy and Strategy (IPS) at the IDC Herzliya.

This joint study enables a closer look at the desired policy toward Russia from three aspects: the Israeli-regional, American-International and the American-Israeli relations perspectives.
