This joint study enables a closer look at the desired policy toward Russia from three aspects: the Israeli-regional, American-International and the American-Israeli relations perspectives.
"Come back of the Russian bear to Middle East" (2018) has been discussed in a panel in Herzeliya conference (2018). The final product of the joint project will be a "Policy paper" with recommendations for both countries.
