Dr. Shay Har-Zvi a senior fellow and the Head of the International and Middle East Arenas in the Institute for Policy and Strategy (IPS) at Reichman University.

Before joining IPS, Dr. Har-Zvi held the position of acting Director General in the Ministry of Strategic Affairs. Between 2016 to 2020, he was the Executive Director of Research in the Ministry.

Dr. Har-Zvi has served for 26 years in the IDF and retired as a LTC. He held senior positions in the Analysis and Production Division in the Military Intelligence Directorate, including as Head of an Arena.

Dr. Har-Zvi has a unique knowledge regarding the De-Legitimization and BDS campaigns against the state of Israel. He has led some research projects regarding the connections between BDS organizations and terror organizations and the relations between the BDS movement and antisemitism.
He is a PHD graduate from Tel-Aviv University. The subject of his dissertation: "From Abdullah to Abdullah: Jordan's Policy on Jerusalem - The Regional and National Contexts.”
