Public Opinion

In this project, we focus on Americans’ attitudes toward Israel and the relationship between these and attitudes toward other foreign and domestic issues. We collect all publicly available questions about Israel that are asked in US polls, examine trends in public opinion toward Israel and about Israel-related issues, and assess the various factors that influence these trends. In addition, we field our own surveys to assess reasons for support among the US population in general as well as among specific demographic and political groups.
