Professor Zvi Hercowitz completed his undergraduate and MA degrees at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and his doctoral degree at the University of Rochester, USA. He was a faculty member at Tel Aviv University, and visiting professor at universities in the US and Canada. He served as a consultant at the Research Department of the Bank of Israel, and in the U.S., he was visiting researcher at Federal Reserve Banks of Minneapolis, Chicago and Richmond. -
