Research and Teaching Expertise

  • Prof. Shay Mozes received a PhD from Brown University and completed his postdoc at MIT. Shay's main research interests lie in theoretical computer science, specifically the design and analysis of efficient algorithms and algorithmic graph theory. His main expertise is in fundamental combinatorial optimization problems on planar graphs. Other research interests include spectral graph theory, approximation algorithms, data structures, string matching algorithms, methods to speed up dynamic programming, and quantum information.
