Prof. Ruth Zafran joined Radzyner School of Law, Reichman University (IDC) on 2004. She was a Visiting Scholar at the Berkeley Institute for Jewish Law and Israel Studies for 2017-19, as well as a Visiting Scholar at the Center for the Study of Law & Society. Ruth is a graduate of the Law Faculty – Tel-Aviv University (LL.B., 1997), and the Hebrew University, Jerusalem (LL.D., 2004). Her research focuses on family law, especially the status of children in the family, parenthood definition and the legal ramifications of Assisted Reproductive Technologies.
