Dr. Avigdor Klagsbald

Harry Radzyner Law School

  • Dr. Klagsbald is a graduate of Tel Aviv University (LL.B, LL.M, Ph.D), and the author of the book “National Commissions of Inquiry” (Nevo, 2001) and of many articles which have been published in leading journals.
    Dr. Klagsbald is currently the Chairman of the Rubinstein Center for Constitutional Challenges at the Harry Radzyner Law School, Reichman University.
    Dr. Klagsbald has lectured at various law schools, and acted as moderator at conferences and seminars on all areas of law.
    Over the course of his career, Dr. Klagsbald has litigated a large number of complex, high-profile cases, including cases in which major legal precedents were established in commercial law, antitrust law, tender law, constitutional law, and while collar crime. Dr. Klagsbald served as an arbitrator on behalf of the State of Israel in arbitration proceedings in Switzerland.
