The Maintenance Department deals with the following matters:
Cleaning
The Reichman University executive in its annual budget determines the level and scale of cleaning The actual cleaning is carried out by a cleaning contractor chosen by the Reichman University and working under the supervision of the head of the Maintenance Department.
Security
The level of security on campus is reviewed and determined on the basis of the current security situation in the country.
Today, Reichman University has a security officer and employs a security firm to guard the campus round-the-clock.

Gardening
The gardens are maintained by an outside contractor, who establishes and maintains lawns, seasonal flowers, climbers and trees, the irrigation system, fertilization and composting. The contractor works under the supervision of the head of the Maintenance Department.
Mail and courier service
Every day the person who deals with mail and deliveries receives a work plan for deliveries, with mail distribution taking place at regular times each day.
Maintenance and operation
The maintenance manager is responsible for the regular maintenance of buildings and systems. The maintenance staff work tirelessly every day to ensure that the lecture halls and classrooms are ready for lessons (amplifier systems, air-conditioning, projectors, etc. are all in working order).
Events
The Maintenance Department is responsible for all logistical aspects of organizing the events that take place at Reichman University, and for restoring the situation to normal at the end of the event.
Warehouse and purchasing
The warehouse manager is responsible for the supply of office equipment, electrical equipment, telephones, office furniture, and for all stages of procurement, from the price quote to recording and distribution to the different departments.
